stacey l. started practicing yoga in her early20s. back then, she suffered from sleepless nights and stress in juggling between studies and giving care to her younger siblings since the loss of her mom. nothing helped to change until she started a long practice of yoga.

it all started with the early perception that it was a soft form of exercise where stretch is the main highlight of the class. but over the years of her practice with various teachers, she realized that this perception has grown beyond and slowly noticed the remarkable changes in herself where she accepted life and its challenges in the form of lessons to be learned, unlearned, and relearned.

that’s how all started to flow with ease, light, and grace.

 

her passion is to support and guide you to step onto your mat and find your reason to always come back to the practice that brings up the attitude of compassion rather than competition, focusing on exploration rather than the destination. it’s a practice of you through you.
